Our Refund Requests are processed within 5 - 7 Days. Your refund should reflect in your bank account within 7 Business days provided banking systems are working fine on both our and your end.

Items Lost in Transit

Most orders arrive on time, but sometimes delays happen due to customs or other factors. If your order is delayed by more than 10 business days past our estimated delivery date, contact us. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
